You will have the opportunity to meet with our front office team to go through new patient paperwork together. We understand many patients have questions and concerns when coming to a new practice which is why we have a dedicated staff member available to walk you through the intake process. We have a system in place to relay this information to the doctor immediately and you will not need to fill out forms on a clipboard. This means you can settle in for your first appointment relatively quickly.
