An office manager will sit down with you in a private area to go over new patient paperwork so you will not be left filling out forms in the waiting room at any time. All of your information is relayed to either Dr. Vivek Amin or Dr. Tamara Strouth immediately so they can see you and start preparing a treatment plan.
