Even after practicing dentistry since 1990, I can still honestly say that I love coming to work every day! My profession is my passion. I love what I do, the people I work with, and the patients I treat. It means a lot to me knowing that I am able to have a positive impact on my patient’s lives. I cherish the friendships I have built over the years. Working in dentistry I’ve had the opportunity to meet many unique people, and I have learned so much from my patients over the years. I don’t feel like I’m just treating patients, but rather I’m treating friends.
Since 1990, I’ve been practicing dentistry in Lexington Park. I truly enjoy every aspect of this profession, and I feel fortunate having the opportunity to share my talents with others. Before becoming a dentist, I attended Temple University School of Dentistry where I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
My team and I are extremely dedicated to staying current with the latest and most innovative dental technology and procedures by participating in extensive continuing education courses. Our goal is always to provide the best possible care to our patients. In an effort to deliver the most efficient, up-to-date care, our team has studied with world-renowned dentists including Dr. Frank Spear, and we are involved with ongoing Spear Education efforts, as well as being members of the Faculty Study Club at The Scottsdale Center for Dentistry in Scottsdale, AZ helping to teach other dentists from across the country. We are graduates of The Pankey Institute, and The Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education. Our certifications include Invisalign Premier Providers, Zoom Whitening, Nobel Biocare dental implants. I am also a member of the ADA, AGD, MSDA, Patuxent Dental Society and Bob Barkley Study Club.
I have worked in the Lexington Park community since 1990. This is a wonderful area, and I am happy that I raised my family here. My wife and I have one son and one daughter who we are very proud of. I am originally from Gujarat, India, and my family moved to the U.S. when I was 12. When I’m not at the practice, I enjoy golfing, skiing, and traveling. As a member of this community, I feel that it is my duty to give back for all of the support I have received over the years. I have been a member of Donated Dental Services (DDS) for many years, as well as a board member of the Strouth Scholarship Fund. I also participate in the Mission of Mercy project, providing dentistry to the community.
